Comfortable beds, well equipment kitchen etc. great service from Tamara and Jamie very responsive, friendly and informative. Loved Javea and had a fabulous holiday we will definitely visit again .

Only minor inconvenience but ac in large bedroom didnt work most of the time. And ac remote in other top bedroom kept falling apart. We needed a new toaster on day one but was quickly replaced by Tamara. Cushions in living room need replacing as loobekijk meer

Picking keys up from the office is a bit of an inconvenience as had to get taxi from airport to office , wait for keys and get another taxi to apartment.it would be great if we could have been met at the apartment at an allotted time and given the keys . Same on way home, keys needed dropping back but luckily the office allowed me to leave 1 set of keys in apartment but still had to drop 2 nd set back. Really need 2 sets of keys which can be left at apartment on leaving day , we had 1 set for a few days which is really inconvenient as door buzzer unlock button wasn’t working and I had to keep going up and down the stairs out of main door then building door and then open complex gate to let my daughters in. Kept me fit! None of these points spoilt or affected our enjoyment of the holiday though and as I said the service was brilliant and they were very accommodating and helpful. |

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Although we were only 750 metres from the beach we could end our evenings on the balcony in absolute silence. The pool was lovely too.

Con respecto a la hora de llegada, no es que no seamos flexibles, es que necesitamos el tiempo para dejar lista la casa, la cual, al no tener ninguna petición especial, estaba preparada de acuerdo al número de ocupantes por eso había una cama que no estaba hecha. No obstante, cuando nos lo pediste volvimos para hacerla y estuvieses lo más cómodos posibles. Muchas gracias por todo y un saludo

Al llegar tuvimos un problema porque la casa no estaba lista pero lo cierto es que la agencia que lo gestiona lo solucionó enseguida y nos dieron una buena respuesta.

No estaba permitido el acceso a la piscina comunitaria, como medida preventiva al co-vid. Entiendo que está circunstancia tendría que haber sido comunicada, ya que el alojamiento incluía este servicio.

Lo recomiendo al 100% un apartamento precioso, el trato con Andres perfecto un chico muy amable ,la única pega qie pondría es que por el tema del coranvirus teníamos la piscina cerrada .
