Located opposite a golf club in the proximity of Puerto del Carmen, where you can enjoy great views of the sea, and the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. It is just a 10min drive from the airport, and 5 minutes drive to the main avenue of Puerto del Carmen or 5 minutes to the village of Tias. The main beach of Puerto del Carmen is located just 2.5 km from Villa Luciano, and in this area you can also find bars, restauarnts and shops.
The property has a large and beautiful open air swimming pool where you can relax while contemplating nice views of the ocean, the golf course on the opposite side of the road or the coastal town nearby. The pool area is equipped with external forniture to dine outside and confortable sunloungers. This is the perfect place to enjoy a long breakfast or lunch under the porch or romantic dinners under the stars.
