The outdoor area enjoys a unique tranquility and is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the day outdoors with jacuzzi, chill-out sofa set, sun loungers and outdoor shower.
The house has smart TVs , international channels and wifi connection with fiber, ideal also if you need to telework.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both with separate beds, one of them with safe and air-conditioning.

Inner courtyard with area to hang clothes and table soccer to spend fun moments in the house.
Independent kitchen fully equipped with Italian and capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, oven and kitchen utensils. Large dining table for your lunches and dinners in group.
