Villa Flavia is a spectacular ECO-sustainable property with views of Lobos Island and Fuerteventura, private pool, jacuzzi and children's playground.
It has a beautiful terrace with barbecue, dining table and sea view. The outdoor area is equipped with sunbeds and garden furniture to enjoy sunny days outdoors.
The ground floor of the house has a large games room with billiards, Air-Hockey, Pac-man and other digital games, Smart TV with international channels.
Villa Flavia is ideal for enjoying holidays in a group or with family
On the first floor you will find:
2 bedrooms with queen size beds, both with en-suite bathroom with shower tray, bidet and washbasin. All rooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning and spacious wardrobes.
1 toilet
Fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and kitchen utensils.
Dining room with sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool area.
On the ground floor you will find the games room, 3 more bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower and bathtub, toilet, double washbasin and bidet.
One of the rooms has a desk with a screen and keyboard, ideal for those who need to work online.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and access to a small private terrace
The last room has four single beds (ideal for children) and wardrobe.
The entire property has wifi connection with fiber.
There is a private outdoor parking space.
The location of Villa Flavia is very convenient. It is located in a very quiet residential area, has a private entrance and enjoys total privacy. This ECO villa is equipped with solar or photovoltaic panels and solar thermal.
In 15/20 minutes walking you can reach Flamingo Beach with its golden sand and crystal clear sea, to Playa Blanca avenue with bars, restaurants and small supermarkets.
Free cot is provided, upon request.
Bed linen and one set of towels per guest are provided. Bed linen and towels will be changed once a week.
Extra cleaning during the stay can be done but will have an additional cost.

Spacious Villa with pool and jacuzzi

We stayed as a family of six and there were 2 spare bedrooms. Pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Spacious and clean with many extras. 25 minutes walk to the sea front at Playa Flamingo.

Some of the items in the games room were not working or need of repair. We fixed the pool cue tip with superglue but Space Invaders not working properly and one of the air hockey bats was cracked.
