Wonderful villa with private pool and privileged location in La Sella, Pedreguer, overlooking the Golf Course. The accommodation offers a lot of comfort, a large outdoor terrace and private pool. The comfort, tranquility and magnificent views of the mountains make this villa an ideal accommodation for a holiday with family or friends.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and capacity for 6 people. The 216 m² accommodation, very bright and cozy, is distributed over 2 floors with very spacious rooms.
On the first floor, the villa offers an elegant living room with a large sofa to relax, flat screen satellite TV and free WiFi. Likewise, it leads to a dining room with lots of light and a large table to eat all together. From the dining room there is also access to the independent kitchen that is fully equipped with an induction cooker, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishes and bowls. On this same floor there is a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a bathroom with a shower.
From the kitchen there is access to the wonderful and spacious 95 m² terrace, where the pool is located with hammocks, an outdoor table and chairs and the barbecue area. The second covered terrace of 14 m² is accessed from the living room. In this one you can enjoy a fantastic dining table and chairs and views of the mountains and the garden with fruit trees.
On the second floor, we find 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen Size bed and the other with a King Size bed, a modern bathroom with shower and 2 large terraces with incredible views of the Golf Club and the mountains.

The situation of the villa is ideal in a cul-de-sac and located in the neighborhood of La Sella, a quiet and sunny residential area, 7 km from the rocky beach "Playa de la Escollera", 3km from the Golf Club La Sella and 4.7 km from the town of Pedreguer, where you can find all the services, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Romy’s place is a lovely 3 bedroom villa with a large pool and vast gardens located in a quiet estate adjacent to a local golf club. The place must have been recently renovated as all appliances and furniture are brand new. All 3 bedrooms are well air conditioned, however this does not extend to other spaces. We had a very comfortable 7 night stay with no issues. I would say that car is a must if considering renting this place. Overall would recommend and consider staying in the future.
