Description
Lovely villa with large garden of palm trees, oleanders, lawn and sea view. The private pool of 8mx5m with Roman steps has a maximum depth of 2 metres and a minimum of 1.80, next to it there is a large covered barbecue with garden furniture.
Once inside the house we find the living-dining room with TV/SAT and internet, it has an exit to a glazed terrace where the dining room is and it has a direct exit to the garden and the pool.
Next to the living room is the American kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and fridge with freezer. From the living room you reach the corridor where the bedrooms are distributed by 5 steps. The house has two double bedrooms with single beds joined and a third bedroom with a double bed with air conditioning and a small TV room. The three rooms have mosquito nets.
The house has a bathroom with shower and another bathroom with bathtub.
Possibilities of purchase, restaurant, tennis, equestrian and squash 1km away, Dénia 8km, and the sea 9km.
Dogs are not allowed
The owner appreciates that smoking is not allowed in the house.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th in stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.

-bei einer Belegung von 3-6 Personen ist eine Dusche zu wenig. Wenn man bei der Badewanne eine einfache Vorrichtung mit Duschvorhang anbringen würde (kostet sicher nicht viel) wäre das Problem gelöst.
