The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace. A third bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and a fourth smaller bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. A complete bathroom with shower, and an open plan kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped. The house also has a courtesy toilet.

With 974 m2 of plot, the villa Aurora has a fully fenced swimming pool, a slide, and metal and brick stairs one on each side of the pool as can be seen in the photos. A sunbathing area with sunbeds, and a barbecue area with a beautiful bioclimatic pergola with a table to eat or dine outside next to the barbecue. From the terrace and going up some exterior stairs, there is access to a large solarium terrace with artificial grass and with beautiful open views.
