Extraordinary carefully decorated Mediterranean-style villa located in Balcón del Mar, with private pool, garden and spectacular sea views. The villa with capacity for 6 people is perfect for family holidays, since it has numerous spaces to enjoy wonderful days on the Mediterranean coast. Cared for in detail and with excellent qualities, it has all the services and amenities, creating an exclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
Accommodation
The 252 m² house with capacity for 6 people has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, all distributed over four floors and with spacious and bright rooms.
On the main floor, the villa offers a bright living room with a large sofa to relax, ducted air conditioning, Smart TV and free WiFi. The large windows in the living room open onto a wonderful terrace with a private pool, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen with barbecue gas, hammocks, chill out area and incredible views of the sea. Next to the living room, the open space gives rise to an elegant wooden dining table and the kitchen with an American bar, which is fully equipped with induction, microwave, oven, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and kitchen utensils.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with Queen Size beds and a shared bathroom with shower. From these two large bedrooms you can access a terrace with hammocks to rest outdoors.
On the third floor, there is the master bedroom with a King Size bed. In addition, this room has a large dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the Cabo de la Nao de Jávea.
On the lower floor, there is a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and iron. There is also a toilet.
All the comforts that this villa offers, together with its Mediterranean construction, make this accommodation the ideal place to enjoy a unique experience in Jávea.

The villa is located in the urbanization of Balcón del Mar in Jávea, a quiet residential area next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby such as "Cala en Caló" just 2 km away, "Cala Ambolo " and "La Granadella" . It has several services in the surroundings, including the well-known restaurant "Mirador de Jávea" 1 kilometer away and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" 700m away. Although you can find supermarkets and restaurants around, the Arenal de Jávea area is only 6 kilometers away, which has the only Arena de Jávea beach and numerous services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The airport "ALC" is 100 km away. It is advisable to have a car to move around the area.

The shower drain filters need regular cleaning to avoid floods. Had to clear them of hair on the first morning. Fixing a locking problem with the main lounge sliding door was very well done and fixed within hours of reporting. Rock's WhatsApp communisee more
