We found it to be a modern, spacious and well equipped villa. The views from the villa of Javea were breathtaking. It would have been helpful to know the villa layout/floor plan before booking as two of the rooms are on the lower ground floor next see more
We found it to be a modern, spacious and well equipped villa. The views from the villa of Javea were breathtaking. It would have been helpful to know the villa layout/floor plan before booking as two of the rooms are on the lower ground floor next to the garage door which we were unable to lock. This wasn't ideal as we were a group of four adults and four children. The walk down from the villa to the town is ok, but you wouldn't want to walk up too many times as it is very steep. Sun loungers desperately needed their mattresses replacing as they are ripped to shreds. At 8000 EUR per week, we would have expected these to have been replaced. Beach towels were provided and were of good size.

The house and it's view are absolutely stunning but to make it really exceptional a few things should be improved : Linen could be at the right size for the beds, the cleaning was not good, they were private owner's stuff everywhere (drawers), the kisee more
