They have no street lights on urbanisation, very dark at night time, walking to the local restaurant etc is not ideal. Both double beds a bit to firm.

Lovely villa just outside the old city centre and main beach (el arenal) of Javéa. The house is super comfortable, but the biggest asset of course is the lovely garden. Very well kept, cosy and tropical. The pool was lovely and even though we visitedsee more

Very well kept, cosy and tropical. The pool was lovely and even though we visited in Octobre we were able to plunge in it on the warmer days. Water a bit cold this time of the year but can only imagine how lovely it would be in the warmer months. Location is good: an excellent supermarket just 5 min by car and the port, old city and main beach (el arenal) around 15 minutes. You would definitely need a car though. Communication with Rock Rentals was a excellent. Andrès was extremely helpful, friendly and reactive to all our questions. Muchas gracias to you @Andrès. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to book again when going to Javéa! Excellent price-quality!

Tanto la piscina como la casa está muy bien, hemos ido con bebés y hemos estado muy agustos con ellos. Además, la casa estaba equipada con todo lo que se necesita en cuanto a vajilla, lavadora, secadora. Y encima nos trajeron una bbq nueva :). Segurosee more

Hola Francisco, muchas gracias por tus comentarios. No tiene aire acondicionado (lo pone en el anuncio) pero la zona es muy ventilada, y con los ventiladores de techo no suele ser necesario. Las luces las cambiamos en cuanto pudimos. Un saludo!

La zona es muy tranquila para descansar y relajarse. Al ser una urbanización, hay que coger el coche para ir a comprar, a la playa, etc. Pero está todo muy cerca. Nos salieron unos días estupendos asi que pudimos disfrutar de la piscina que es bastante grande y del porche tanto para comer como para cenar. Aunque no haya aire acondicionado, con los ventiladores de techo es suficiente ya que esa zona es muy fresquita y por la tarde se levanta una brisa agradable que deja dormir bien agusto. Por lo demás, todo correcto, respuestas rápidas a todas las dudas que surgían y flexibilidad tanto para la llegada como para la salida.

Lo único que destacaría como mejorable, y que ya le comentamos a Adrián, es el tema de los colchones pues hacen bastante ruido cuando te mueves y puede resultar molesto.

Lo que más nos gustó fue su piscina privada, limpia y bien cuidada, también el porche y la zona de cesped. La casa es preciosa tal y como aparecen en las fotografías, no le falta ningún detalle, todo muy limpio. Andrés el encargado de darnos las llaves, estuvo pendiente en todo momento por si necesitabamos algo, fue muy amable y muy flexible en el horario de entrada y salida de la Villa. Volveríamos a repetir seguro.
