Description
Beautiful and modern villa in the mountains with wonderful panoramic views of the sea and mountains.
The fenced plot of 1200m2 on a slope and the house can be booked for 4 or 6 people. The Mediterranean garden is made up of palm trees, pines, various shrubs and lemon trees. The private pool with Roman steps measures 8m x 4m, has an outdoor shower and a perfect terrace for sunbathing, and in a cosy corner there is a dining area in front of the house entrance.
The house has two floors, access to the main floor of the house is via some stairs, once inside we find the large living room with satellite TV, fireplace and air conditioning. It has an exit to a furnished glazed terrace, fireplace and a perfect place to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views. The independent kitchen is characterised by its modern style and has all the amenities such as microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and a large American two-door fridge.
On the main floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a 180cm bed with air conditioning and the other with a 150cm bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The second bathroom with shower is located in the hallway.
In the studio located on the ground floor of the house there is the third double bedroom with a 135cm bed with air conditioning. In this studio we also find a small living room with satellite TV, a small kitchenette with hob, oven and a small fridge and finally the bathroom with shower.
At the bottom of the plot there is a furnished barbecue area where you can also enjoy the panoramic view.
Electricity and Gas (if any) included from June to September.
From October to May: The cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas according to agency conditions.
The house has central oil heating with which to enjoy the stay during the coldest months of the year.
Parking space for 2 cars on the property, lower cars can park in front of the property.
Pets not allowed.
The owner would be grateful if you did not smoke inside the property.
Denia is 2.5km away, the beach 4km, supermarkets 2km and restaurants 500m.
Recommended vehicle.
