Description
Beautiful and modern villa at the mountain with amazing panoramic sea and mountain views.
The fenced plot has 1200m2 and the house may be booked for 4 or 6 people. The Mediterranean garden is made up of palms, pines, bushes and some lemon trees. The private swimming pool has 8m x 4m with roman stairs; outdoor shower and a perfect terrace for sunbathe. The house has a cozy corner where to have dinners at the main entrance.
Is a two story house, the ground floor is able for 4 people although is closed. The house access is through stairs where we find a large living room with Sat-TV, chimney and air conditioner. It has an exit to a furnished glass terrace with chimney and a perfect place to enjoy the panoramic views. The independent modern kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and an American fridge with double door.
Both rooms has double bed, one of the rooms with 200cm mattress and the second bedroom with 180cm mattress and suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bathroom with shower is at the corridor.
At the bottom of the terrain we find a barbecue with picnic area and amazing views to the sea.
The villa can be enjoyed at winter because of the gas central heating.
Regarding the parking area we find some possibilities, one of them is a covered garage under the swimming pool, second one is at the main entrance, both possibilities has space for one standard vehicle. Bigger vehicles are able to park at the street just in front of the house.
Pets not allowed.
The owner would be grateful is anybody smokes inside the house.
Distance to Denia is 2.5 km, to the beach 4km, to the supermarkets 2km and restaurants just 500m.

Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Limpieza de la piscina,no tenia pastillas de cloro cuando llegamos el sábado y hasta el viernes no las pusieron.
La ducha de la piscina no se pudo utilizar porque estaba atascada de hojas.

Muchas gracias por su valoración y comentarios. Normalmente la piscina suele tener el cloro que se necesita, intentamos no poner de más ya que o es bueno para la piel. En lo referente a la ducha de la piscina para próximas veces si vuelve a suceder nsee more
