Description
Beautiful and modern villa in the mountains with wonderful panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The fenced plot of land is 1200m2 on a slope and the house can be booked for 4 or 6 people. The Mediterranean garden is formed by palm trees, pines, various shrubs and lemon trees. The private pool with a Roman staircase measures 8m x 4m, has an outdoor shower and a perfect terrace for sunbathing, and in a cosy corner there is a dining area in front of the house entrance.
The house has two floors, although the lower habitable floor for 4 people is closed. Access to the main floor of the house is via stairs, once inside we find the large living room with satellite TV, fireplace and air conditioning. It has an exit to a furnished glazed terrace, fireplace and a perfect place to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views. The independent kitchen is characterised by its modern style and has all the amenities such as a microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and a large American-style two-door fridge.
The property has two double bedrooms, one with a 180cm bed with air conditioning and the other with a 150cm bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The second bathroom with shower is located in the hallway.
At the bottom of the plot there is a furnished barbecue area where you can also enjoy the panoramic view.
The house has central oil heating, which allows you to enjoy your stay during the coldest months of the year.
As for parking, the house has two options, the first in the covered garage located under the pool and the second at the main entrance to the property, although this is not covered. For longer vehicles, you can park without problem on the street in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed.
The owner would be grateful if you did not smoke inside the property.
It is 2.5km to Denia, 4km to the beach, 2km to supermarkets and 500m to restaurants.
A vehicle is recommended.
Electricity and gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From 1 October to 30 April, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of gas are not included and will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Limpieza de la piscina,no tenia pastillas de cloro cuando llegamos el sábado y hasta el viernes no las pusieron.
La ducha de la piscina no se pudo utilizar porque estaba atascada de hojas.

Muchas gracias por su valoración y comentarios. Normalmente la piscina suele tener el cloro que se necesita, intentamos no poner de más ya que o es bueno para la piel. En lo referente a la ducha de la piscina para próximas veces si vuelve a suceder nsee more
