Description
This beautiful villa has incredible views of the city, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The plot on which the property is located is distributed at different heights, connected by outdoor stairs.
The entrance area with the car to the villa is located in the middle area, where there is a large parking lot for 2 cars.
In the barbecue and pool area, you can enjoy unbeatable views while having fun in the water. There are sun loungers available for guests to use for their comfort. The barbecue is glazed, so it's great to enjoy it all year round.
Going up the stairs, we find the house. As soon as you enter, there is the living/dining room and the kitchen with an American bar, with air conditioning, wifi, TV and a fireplace. From here there is access to a terrace ideal for enjoying the views.
To the left of the living/dining room is the kitchen, fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, etc., and all the necessary utensils.
Continuing down the hallway is the first of the bedrooms, composed of two 90cm beds together, forming a double bed. It has air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe for storing belongings and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
We find the second bedroom, which has a 150cm bed and a wardrobe. Next to this is a bathroom with a shower.
Finally, we find the third and last room, consisting of a bedroom with a 1.35m bed for one person.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.
