Description
Private house with a fenced plot of 350m2, with its own 8x4m swimming pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. It has a beautiful garden, with lawn, palm trees, cypresses, yuccas, etc. The house is located at the end of the El Palmar residential area, in a small gated complex consisting of four individual housing units. The house has two floors and is distributed as follows: On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with an American bar, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, water heater, filter coffee maker, large fridge with freezer and washing machine. The living-dining room with satellite TV has air conditioning and has a direct exit to the covered terrace, garden and swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with air conditioning, mosquito nets and opposite the room a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, and a bedroom with a double bed and a small terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The house has private parking within the plot for one car. Distance to the sandy beach 600m, bars and restaurants 350m, supermarkets 700m and to the centre of Denia 4.5 km. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September. From 1 October to 30 April for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.

Afscherming van de tuin is niet in orde. Alle info over het huis en de omgeving ontbrak. De kosten van internet vermelden bij de kosten van de eindreiniging en elektriciteit, dat voorkomt een hoop irritatie!!
