Description
The Tosal Gros ST villa has one of the best views of the city, and it can accommodate up to 10 people. Its spacious rooms and extensive garden will make this an unforgettable experience.
The plot on which the property is located is distributed at different heights, connected by exterior stairs.
The entrance area with the car to the villa is located in the middle area, where there is a large parking lot for 3 cars.
Going down the stairs, on the first level, you will find the barbecue and swimming pool area, where you can enjoy unbeatable views while having fun in the water. There are sun loungers available for guests to use.
Going up the stairs, we reach the third level, where the house is located. As soon as you enter, there is a lobby with a guest toilet. From there you access the air-conditioned living/dining room, which has impressive views of the city and the Denia bay. It has a fireplace and a door leading to the terrace. The flat-screen TV has satellite, so you can enjoy TV in several languages.
To the left of the living/dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, etc., and all the necessary kitchenware.
Opposite it is the first bedroom, with two 90cm beds joined together to form a double bed. It has a built-in wardrobe for storing belongings.
Continuing on, we find a hallway with three doors. Going through the first one, we find the second bedroom, which is similar to the previous one, with two 90cm beds joined together and a wardrobe. Next to this door is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Finally, we find the third and last room, a double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (with a bathtub).
From this bedroom, as well as from the kitchen and living room, there is access to a terrace with panoramic views of the city and the sea. There is also access to a spiral staircase leading to an upper terrace.
From the outside, we have access to the studio, which consists of a large living/dining room, two large air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. (There is no air conditioning in the studio living room).
Electricity and gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th, for stays longer than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
