Description
House on an 800 m2 fenced plot on a hillside. The garden consists mainly of Mediterranean plants such as palm trees, pines and shrubs, with a cosy covered corner for the barbecue (According to municipal regulations, barbecues with fire cannot be used from June 1st to October 15th).
The pool, not visible from the outside, is 8x4m with a Roman staircase and is next to the terrace with an outdoor shower.
The simply equipped house has two bedrooms with two single beds each (the beds are built-in, so they cannot be moved), a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Open kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer. The living room has access to the covered terrace and the pool, the internal staircase leads to the gallery on the upper floor, with TV/SAT and access to both the glazed terrace and the open terrace with panoramic views.
Distance to Denia and the sea 4km, shopping possibilities 3km and bars/restaurants 1.5km. Private parking on the plot. A car is required. Pets are allowed upon prior consultation.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas are not included and will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
