This charming villa located in the area of Marquesa (Denia) has two bedrooms inside but its capacity is for 6 people since it also has a totally independent studio with capacity for two more people.
It has a large garden (fully fenced) and a large swimming pool, as well as all kinds of outdoor furniture for your use and enjoyment.
In front of the pool is the completely renovated studio, it has 2 beds (90cm) and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a "kitchen" area to get out of a hurry. The studio has a ceiling fan for hot days.
The villa is decorated with a lot of personality, upon entering we find the living/dining room with a fireplace, as well as a glazed porch ideal for eating in the sun in the winter months. The open kitchen has all the comforts: refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
For your comfort the house has Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning in both bedrooms.
The two rooms have 1.50m beds and next to them is the bathroom with shower.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
