This modern accommodation has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people.
The villa is located in the Montgó area, so the views from the accommodation are unbeatable.
It has a beautiful garden with barbecue and infinity pool, as well as garden furniture (sunbeds, table, chairs, etc) so that guests can make the most of the facilities that the villa offers.
The house has satellite TV (German/Spanish), wifi, central heating and air conditioning throughout.
Entering the villa you will find the spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area with direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with : ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, various utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
In the corridor we find the toilet, if we continue we can see the first bedroom en suite with double bed.
Going up the stairs you will find the second bedroom with double bed, also en suite, with shower and bath in the bathroom.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
