Luxurious villa in the mountains with a fully fenced plot of 850m2 and a Mediterranean garden. The private kidney-shaped swimming pool measures 8m x 4m with a spacious terrace and a stone barbecue, perfect for cooking.
The property offers a living/dining room with panoramic views of the pool and terrace, with satellite TV and air conditioning, and a cosy corner with a large sofa to relax in front of the fireplace.
The open-plan kitchen is at the entrance of the house and has all the amenities such as a gas hob, oven, American fridge, microwave and a bar with 4 stools.
The chalet consists of 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a second bedroom with a 1.80m bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. Finally, a third double bedroom with air conditioning next to a shower room in the hallway.
The fourth bedroom is located in the attic, which also has air conditioning.
In the basement, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The house has central heating for the colder months.
There is a covered parking space for one car, although more vehicles could be parked in front of the house as it is a quiet street with no traffic.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
A vehicle is necessary.
The beach is 4.5km away, the city centre 4km, the nearest supermarkets just 3.5km and restaurants 2.4km.
Electricity and gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From 1 October to 30 April, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
