Description
This villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Denia, with views of the sea and mountains, and is just 7.5km from the beach. The two-storey house is situated in a residential, quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of summer. The plot is 880 m² and the living area is 170 m².
The various terraces of the house provide both sunny and shaded areas. The large 11mx4m swimming pool is right in front of the main terrace, where you can enjoy fantastic dinners with wonderful views.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an impressive ceiling height of almost 5 metres. The open kitchen is separated by a small step, creating a separate environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a 1.50m bed with an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower. The second double bedroom has a shower bathroom directly opposite.
The third bedroom is on the first floor, accessed from the outside. This double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom and a south-facing terrace.
The villa has a washing machine. Internet is available. Pets are not accepted.
Supermarkets and restaurants are just 4km away, and the city centre is 5km from the house.
According to municipal regulations, barbecues with fire are not allowed from June 1st to October 15th. Electricity and gas (if any) are included from June to September. From October 1st to April 30th, for stays longer than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
