With 180 m2, the villa has three bedrooms all with air conditioning, an interior bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower, an independent kitchen with direct access to the garden, a living room, a dining room with views to the garden and also a working area with a large desk.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. But you will also feel very comfortable here as a couple.

A special feature is the large private pool of 9 meters long and 4 meters wide and the beautiful pool terrace where the Buddha figure presides.
Modern sun loungers, armchairs and side tables invite you to sunbathe, relax and feel good.
In the evening, you can gaze at the beautiful starry sky from the garden. The pool and garden are illuminated.

The entire property is fenced and guarantees total privacy. Vegetable hedges protect the property from the view of others.

The villa has a raised terrace surrounded by plants and overlooking the pool. It is equipped with a table and six chairs. An awning provides shade.

Another terrace is picturesquely situated next to the lemon tree. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Montgó at sunset.

The third terrace is covered and forms the barbecue area with a new outdoor gas grill and a modern table and chairs.

From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants.
The area is also suitable for yoga and pilates exercises in the morning or in the evening.
