House located on a gentle slope with a beautiful garden of palm trees, bougainvilleas, oleanders and a green area next to the 4x10m swimming pool with a Roman staircase and barbecue (according to municipal ordinance, the barbecue cannot be used with fire from June 1 to October 15). In the 3-storey house, on the middle floor we find a large living-dining room with TV/SAT and access to the terrace with sea view and descent to the pool, there is also a small toilet. A modern American-style kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave, and access to a small terrace behind the house. A double bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom. On the upper floor there is a toilet and a full bathroom, a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Access to the terrace with sea view. In the upper floor hallway we find an air conditioning unit facing the 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a room with the washing machine and a large living room with fridge, sink and a toilet. In addition, there is the entrance to the 5th bedroom, which can also be rented, consisting of two single beds and a wardrobe, which otherwise remains closed.
The house could be used by up to 10 people. There is a terrace next to the pool, parking for one car on the fenced plot, more cars can park in front of the house. The beach is 4km away, the supermarket 3km, bars/restaurants 2km. A car is needed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1 to April 30, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.

Wir waren sehr dankbar, dass wir so kurzfristig diese tolle Unterkunft erhalten haben. Das Haus ist grosszügig und die Sitzplätze sind windgeschützt. Wenn einmal etwas nicht funktionierte, war der Service schnell und kompetent.
