This beautiful villa located in the area of Las Rotas just 200m from the sea, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and its capacity is for 7 people.
It has a large garden with grass, soccer goal, swimming pool and a barbecue area ideal to enjoy a few days with family and friends.
The spacious house is located in the upper part of the house, for your comfort the house has Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning in some of its bedrooms. The living / dining room is located next to the kitchen, both have all the necessary elements for your stay: TV, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle of water.
The rooms are large and bright. Two of them have a double bed, one with a 1.50m bed and the other with a 1.60m bed, both with air conditioning. The third is located next to the living room, with a single bed (90cm). The fourth room has two single beds (90cm) and this also has air conditioning.
The bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, one of them has a bathtub and the other a shower, for greater comfort.
The city center is about 3km away and the nearest supermarket approximately 1km away.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Les Rotes location was great with just a short walk to the Coastline. Villa spacious, private and secure. Everything we needed was provided. Good kitchen. Sunny outside balcony area even in Winter. Excellent location for our dog too!
