This beautiful villa located in the Las Rotas area just 200m from the sea, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 7 people.
It has a large garden with lawn, a football goal, a swimming pool and a barbecue area ideal for enjoying a few days with family and friends.
The spacious accommodation is located on the upper floor of the house, for your convenience the house has wifi, central heating and air conditioning in some of its bedrooms. The living/dining room is located next to the kitchen, both have all the necessary elements for your stay: TV, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The bedrooms are large and very bright. Two of them have double beds, one with a 1.50m bed and the other with a 1.60m bed, both with air conditioning. The third is located next to the living room, with a single bed (90cm). The fourth bedroom has two single beds (90cm) and also has air conditioning.
The bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, one of them has a bathtub and the other a shower, for greater comfort.
The city centre is about 3km away and the nearest supermarket is approximately 1km away.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From 1 October to 30 April for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.

Les Rotes location was great with just a short walk to the Coastline. Villa spacious, private and secure. Everything we needed was provided. Good kitchen. Sunny outside balcony area even in Winter. Excellent location for our dog too!
