This cozy villa located in the upper area of Denia has 3 bedroom (s) and has a capacity for 6 people.
The 130 m² accommodation is located on the ground floor of the villa and offers views of the mountains and the garden. (The upper floor is private). The plot is fully fenced and has central heating and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms.
Upon entering the plot we find the parking area, which can comfortably fit at least 4 vehicles. We can also see a wide variety of vegetation, trees, palm trees, grass, etc., all very well cared for and beautiful.
The large pool is located at the rear of the villa, next to it is the barbecue and a dining area where you can fully enjoy summer days.
Upon entering the house, we find a hall area, next to which is the bathroom, equipped with a shower and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Next to it is the first room, this is double and very spacious.
If we move forward we find the kitchen that is open to the living room with an American bar, which is very comfortable to enjoy the house. It has an electric hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster. In the living room we find the TV / satellite and beautiful views of the pool. On the right is the dining room, in a rustic style, as it is a cozy wine cellar.
Next to it are the bedrooms, both doubles and with air conditioning.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
