Description
This beautiful Villa with garden and private pool is located in the La Florida area (Denia) and can accommodate 4 people with a 1200m2 open plot in mountainous terrain. The property consists of 120 m², distributed in two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living-dining room and an American kitchen. It is worth noting that all the rooms are equipped with a hot and cold heat pump, making it an ideal accommodation for your holidays both in summer and winter. It also has WIFI.
From the parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles, we go down through some stairs to the main floor of the property.
Once inside the house, we find the spacious living-dining room with Spanish and German TV, air conditioning and from its windows we can enjoy one of the best parts of this property, its sea views. The American kitchen is equipped with everything necessary such as a Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, all necessary utensils, juicer, gas hob, oven, etc.
Next to the living-dining room we find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and two lamps, as well as a built-in wardrobe where you can store your belongings. The second bedroom is made up of two single beds, a chest of drawers with a mirror and a built-in wardrobe as well. Both bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning.
The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms, it is spacious and comfortable. It has a shower and basic sanitary facilities.
The garden is distributed at different heights. When going out to the living-dining room, we find a furnished terrace with outdoor armchairs and a low table, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area and the spectacular views of the sea and the mountains. If we go down the stairs, we can enjoy the kidney-shaped pool (8x4m), also furnished with sun loungers. The perfect place to enjoy your holidays.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.
