This beautiful villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people.
The house is located in Denia, in a very quiet area with spectacular views. From its pool, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city like few other places. It has sun loungers, tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue, so you can enjoy the outdoors on summer days. The property has internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, a fireplace in the living room, outdoor parking and satellite TV (Languages: German).
Upon entering the house, we find the living/dining room with an open kitchen, all of which are very spacious and perfect for enjoying with the family. From the living room, you can access the back of the property where the barbecue and a glazed area for eating in the winter are located.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with: gas stove, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Accessing the hallway, we reach the bedrooms and bathrooms. The three bedrooms have two 90cm beds (in two they are together and in the third they are separate). The bathrooms are very spacious, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
In front of the pool, we find the studio, in which the fourth bedroom is located. It has a living/dining room area, a room with two 90cm beds, and a very spacious bathroom with a shower.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.
