Beautiful villa on fenced land not visible from the outside of 800m2, in a quiet area, located in a cul-de-sac. Garden with a variety of plants such as cypresses, bougainvilleas etc. 10m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps, outdoor shower and access to a terrace, with views of the sea, through the external stairs.
The house has two double bedrooms with twin mattress beds and a bathroom with a shower. Very simple kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and breakfast bar that opens onto the dining room. Living room with TV / SAT and stereo with access to the covered terrace and the pool. There is a storage room with a washing machine. Private parking on the plot, not suitable for cars with low chassis. Possibility of parking on the same street. Distance to Denia 3.5Km, supermarkets 2.5Km, bars / restaurants 1.5Km. Car is needed. Animals are not permitted.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1 to October 15.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Maison jolie à l´extérieure mais trop de mobilier à l´intérieur et à l´extérieur , trop de bibelots donc peu de place pour bouger. Dommage ça pourrait être mieux.
