This beautiful accommodation of 190 m² is rented all together but it is distributed in two fully equipped and independent houses.
The garden is built on several levels, giving it a special charm. There are various types of plants and trees. The pool area has sunbeds and various garden furniture for the use and enjoyment of our clients, as well as beautiful views of the Montgó.
The first of the properties is located in the upper part of the plot, on entering the property we find a beautiful living/dining room furnished with great taste, as well as a lovely fireplace. The lounge has wifi, TV and air conditioning/heat pump. The separate kitchen is also fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Through a corridor you will reach the bedroom, which has two 90cm beds, TV and air conditioning. Next to it is the bathroom with shower.
To access the second flat, we have to go down the stairs outside the house. There we will find a nice studio recently refurbished and decorated. The living/dining room/kitchen is in the same room, it has TV, air conditioning/heat pump and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, ceramic hob and crockery/cutlery. Next to this area is the bedroom with a double bed and a standing fan. Please note that the bathroom with shower has a few steps to climb.
It is located 4 m from the town "Denia", 1 km from the restaurant, 2 km from the sandy beach "La Marineta", 2 km from the rocky beach "Las Rotas", 3 km from the supermarket, 5 km from the bus station, 11 km from the golf course "La Sella Golf Resort", 110 km from the airport "Alicante", 120 km from the airport "Valencia" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the mountains.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
