A second bedroom with double bed (two beds together) and air conditioning.Going up some internal stairs, we reach the first floor where we find the third bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, a terrace, and a complete bathroom with shower.Exterior of the villa: With 924 m2 of plot, the villa has a large parking area and a covered parking space.
