The villa Romaní in Benissa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. With privileged views and in a rural setting, it is a villa with a large plot and perfect for families who want to relax.
Distribution of the villa:
The house has 200m2 distributed in two floors connected by the interior of the house. On the main floor and at street level without stairs, we find the entrance of the house that gives access to a living room with fireplace with exit to a beautiful terrace with panoramic views to the sea and mountains. A new and fully equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with bathtub.
Through an internal staircase that is in the living room you can access the lower part of the villa, where you will find a room with a double bed (140 cm), a third room with a double bed (140 cm), and a fourth room with a double bed, very spacious and with an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
The whole house is south-facing and has plenty of natural light.
Outside of the villa:
With 2.000 m2 of plot, the entrance to the plot has space for several cars. From the main floor there is access to the pool with a large area for hammocks, with some beautiful wievs. The villa has several terraces and rest areas, and is in a perfect rural setting to disconnect and rest.
It is 1 km from the supermarket "Supermercado Perles", 3 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 4 km from the sandy beach "Cala Andrago,Moraira", 4 km from the rocky beach "Cala Baladrar,Benissa", 5 km from the town of Moraira, 90 km from the airport "Aeropuerto de Alicante" and is located in an ideal family and rural area.

Bei unseren kleinen Reklamationen immer prompt reagiert, sehr gut.
Grosses Haus in toller Lage mit allem was man so braucht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder bei guzman buchen.

Sehr gute Betreuung von Villa Guzman (Schlüsselübergabe, Wäschewechsel etc. alles wie immer reibungslos) - Großer Pool, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Matratzen, schöne Aussicht, ruhig gelegen, Grill vorhanden - jedoch etwas weit entfernt vom Hausee more
Sehr gute Betreuung von Villa Guzman (Schlüsselübergabe, Wäschewechsel etc. alles wie immer reibungslos) - Großer Pool, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Matratzen, schöne Aussicht, ruhig gelegen, Grill vorhanden - jedoch etwas weit entfernt vom Haus, zu bedenken, dass die Villa recht hoch liegt - dadurch häufig recht windig, auf jeden Fall wird ein Auto benötigt für Einkäufe, zum Strand etc.

La casa es antigua, mejoraría mucho si renovarán muebles y sobretodo baños. La conexión wifi no funcionaba muy bien pero como estábamos de vacaciones no nos importó
