Charming villa located in the town of Benissa, for 4 people, with privileged views to the sea, where you will enjoy spectacular sunrises, while having breakfast on the terrace of the villa. The port and Les Basetes cove are 300 metres away, where you will find a restaurant with a privileged terrace, on the same shore as the sea and in the sunshine. From the port itself there is an ecological walkway, which runs along the coast, from Calalga cove in Calpe to Pinet cove in Benissa, a distance of about 3 km.
The villa is distributed as follows, Living/Dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with double bed and bathroom, the two bedrooms have access to the terrace, common bathroom and terrace. The villa has two air conditioning units, one in the living / dining room and the other is in the corridor of the rooms with the necessary power to cool the area. The villa is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
It has a garden, garden furniture, 40 m² of terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 TV.
The independent gas kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/ware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Accommodation of 136 m² of housing and 900 m2 of plot, with sea and garden views.
The natural park of the Peñón de Ifach is 4 km away, with 45 hectares and a height of 332 m, which can be accessed by a path. At its feet we have the cove el Racó where the paseo príncipe de Asturias begins with a length of 1km of going and another one turns, bordering part of peñón de Ifach.
