The charming villa La Perlita in Benissa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. A beautiful villa with lots of natural light, spacious and perfect for families who want to enjoy the proximity to the sea and all the services.
Distribution of the villa:
With 187 m² of living space and beautiful sea views, the villa is distributed over two floors connected by an interior staircase. On the main floor there is a spacious living room, very bright with a living area with sofas, decorative fireplace, TV and a dining area open to the kitchen with views ,and exit to the pool area and terrace. A courtesy toilet with wc and washbasin, a double room with two single beds together, air conditioning and complete bathroom with shower en suite, and a second double room with a large bed with two mattresses together, air conditioning and complete bathroom en suite with Roman bath.
Going down a flight of stairs with 16 steps, we arrive at the lower floor. This floor also has an independent entrance, a washing machine room, and a double room with two single beds together with air conditioning and a complete bathroom en suite with shower.
Exterior of the villa:
To access the main floor of the villa you have to go up a flight of stairs to one of the terraces of the villa with garden sofas to relax outside, a table for 6 people and a built-in barbecue. The electrolysis swimming pool is accessible without stairs and measures 7/4 metres. It is located in front of the living room and one of the main rooms, and has a sunbathing area and an outdoor shower. The villa also has a solarium with beautiful garden furniture for relaxing with beautiful sea views.
The entrance to the villa has a space for parking about 3 vehicles outdoors and inside the fenced plot.
It is 300 m from the supermarket "Súper La Fustera", 300 m from the restaurant, 700 m from the sandy beach "PLAYA DE LA FUSTERA", 2 km from the rocky beach "CALA PINETS", a few meters from the diving club, surfing and canoeing school, the port les Basetes, 5 km from the natural park "PEÑON DE IFACH", 6 km from the town "CALPE", 7 km from the golf course "CLUB DE GOL IFACH", 9 km from the town of Moraira", 14 km from the town of Benissa, 82 km from the airport "ALICANTE", 129 km from the airport "VALENCIA" and it is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.
