On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and an elegant living-dining room with a television, which also has direct access to the pool area. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
On the first floor, the house features two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The first bedroom has single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, adapting to the needs of the guests. The second bedroom is a spacious double bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a small private terrace, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The exterior of the house is an oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool area is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Additionally, there is a side terrace with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, providing the perfect setting for family or friends' outdoor dinners. Just an 8-minute walk away is Playa de las Coloradas and a few minutes from the spectacular natural beaches of Papagayo, and a 4-minute drive away is the spectacular Playa Dorada, with its crystal-clear waters and golden sand. From here, guests can access the promenade, where they will find a variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine. Additionally, the villa has a small supermarket a few meters away, facilitating daily shopping.

The rooms have their own set of beds, large wardrobes and 1 set of towels per person is provided. The house has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room is connected to the kitchen which is fully equipped with a complete set of kitchenware, cooker, oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is a separate room with washing machine and laundry. Dream Papagayo has WiFi and Smart Tv where you can watch Netflix. It also has a cosy terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The house is modern, fully equipped and next to the famous Papagayo beaches.
