The Pure Relax Home in Costa Teguise is in an ideal location to enjoy the sun and tranquillity. You can enjoy its charm with your family as it has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
The living room has a comfortable sofa as well as the basic utensils to have in any living room such as a Smart TV or a side table. Wifi available.
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, juicer, moka coffee machine and toaster. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine, clothes line and cleaning tools such as broom, mop, bucket, etc.
The bathroom has a shower.
It has an interior terrace of 20 m2 and an interior patio of 30m2.
Surrounding the house you can enjoy the fenced garden that has different orientations and is equipped with sunbeds to sunbathe until the last ray of sunlight falls. Between the garden and the house there is also an interior courtyard if you want the greatest of privacy.
The house is only a few minutes drive from the most famous beaches of Costa Teguise.
You can park for free in front of the property.
