With 63 m2 of living space the Marjaleta apartment is distributed as follows: Located on a third floor and with elevator access to the front door, we find a nice hall that gives access to the hallway distributor of the rooms. The first room we find is the double room, with two beds of 90 / 200 cm joined together. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle bed for children. Opposite this second bedroom, we find a large bathroom with shower. A nice living room with fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious dining area. From the living room there is access to the terrace with a small table for breakfast or rest, overlooking a nice playground.
The apartment has fiber optics, and centralized air conditioning throughout the house, which makes it a very suitable place for teleworking.

Marjaleta has a parking space inside the same building (The parking space is for a small vehicle). The location of the apartment is ideal for walking, going to the beach and access to all services without having to take the car.
There is a small fair within walking distance where you can spend good times with the little ones of the house, s e is 240 m from the supermarket, 750 m from the sandy beach, 4 km from the golf course and is located in an ideal area for families.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gut ist auch die Tiefgarage, die man über einen Lift erreicht. Leider ist es dort so eng, dass wir mit einem sehr kleinen SUV dort nicht parken konnten. Hier empfiehlt es sich, ein kleineresee more

Hier empfiehlt es sich, ein kleineres Auto zu mieten. 300 Meter entfernt findet man aber einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz.

Tanto el proceso previo a la llegada, check in, la comunicación, y recogida de llaves, todo muy bien organizado. Nos encontramos la casa muy limpia, con todo lo necesario. Faltaba una cosa y nos la trajeron casi al instante. Para mi, además de la limpieza, muy importante que las sábanas y toallas son “tipo hotel”: de algodón, blancas y me atrevería a decir que lavadas en lavandería industrial. Esta medida de higiene para mi es clave solo por eso ya lo recomendaría sin dudarlo sobre otro tipo de alquileres. Fueron relativamente flexibles en el horario de salida entendiendo que era Semana Santa, lo agradecimos para ir con menos estrés. Repetiremos con ellos sin duda cuando vayamos por la zona. |

No pudimos aparcar el coche en el parking. Ya nos dijeron que no era para un coche grande y llevamos un audi Q5. Se baja en un monta coches, eso sin problema. Pero maniobrar dentro, para meter el coche en la plaza, aparcando el de al lado sin ningún see more

En el proceso de salida, podrían aceptar que el cliente deje las llaves dentro del apartamento. Nos ahorraríamos los 15 minutos de ir hasta la agencia a dejar las llaves. |
