It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just a 5-minute walk from the Montañar I rocky beach and close to all amenities such as bars, restaurants and activities.

The apartment, distributed on one level, offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The comfortable living room has a glass dining table, a large sofa, flat screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open onto a small terrace with direct access to the garden and pool. Furthermore, the accommodation consists of a bathroom with a shower, a nice master bedroom with two single beds pushed together and a second bedroom with two single beds separated. Both the living room and the main room have air conditioning.

The town is 2 kilometers away and 5 km from the Montgó Natural Park, 54 km from the "Terra Mítica" amusement park, 99 km from the "El Altet Alicante" airport. It is located in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.
