Wonderful design apartment with a large terrace, spectacular private garden and shared pool. Located in the exclusive residence of Pou de Moro, it offers a community pool with grass. It is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just 1km from the rocky beach of Montañar de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.

This comfortable, modern and bright ground floor apartment measures 95 m² and is decorated with an exquisite design and has a ducted air conditioning system in all rooms. The house has 2 beautiful bedrooms accommodating up to 4 people, a room with a desk ideal for teleworking and a laundry room. The master bedroom with access to the garden has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom equipped with two single beds is next to a second bathroom with a shower. The rest of the room, with an open concept, is located on the same level, and offers a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher from where you can access the beautiful garden with fruit trees and aromatic plants. The spacious living room has a beautiful glass table with designer chairs and a comfortable sofa. Smart TV with panoramic screen, Fiber Optic Internet and double doors that give access to the wonderful and spacious 65 m2 terrace. On this terrace you can enjoy an outdoor dining table, hammocks for sunbathing, a chill out area with sofas, a barbecue and a private garden with a shower. The private terrace has direct access to the common areas where the pool with a shallow area for children is located.

Close to all services, beach bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. It is also only 900m from the Old Town of Jávea and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20 minute radius. The nearest airport is Alicante airport which is 99km away.

Pros Absolutely stunning appt. Really modern, spacious and well presented. The pool is outstanding. The location is great as its a five minute walk to the old town (go to the market on Thursday if you get the chance) and 20 minutes to the port. Both see more

The location is great as its a five minute walk to the old town (go to the market on Thursday if you get the chance) and 20 minutes to the port. Both are really worth visiting. Javea is such a beautiful town, we'll definitely be returning. Negatives Parking is hard, I scraped the car as the space is so incredibly tight. Be prepared for some confusion at check-in, I'd highly recommend the hosts improve their instructionseven welcome the guests into the appt. And I'd also provide more for the guests at check in, maybe some coffeewater. Its such a low cost gift that makes a huge difference when checking in.
