Located in the exclusive residence of Luz de Javea I, it offers two community pools, one for adults and one for children, a large lawn, paddle tennis court and children's playground. It is ideally located just 5 minutes from the rock beach of Primer Montañar and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third has a trundle bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The entire room is distributed on one level, and also offers an independent kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The spacious living room has a dining table and two comfortable sofas, flat screen satellite TV, free WiFi and double doors that open onto a wonderful terrace with a dining table and chairs to relax on.
