Located in the exclusive residence "La Romana" it offers three community pools, two for adults and one for children, impressive gardens with lawns, tennis, paddle and basketball courts. It is ideally located in a quiet and child-friendly neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach of Javea's Arenal and all services such as bars, restaurants and activities.

This attractive and bright apartment, carefully decorated, has 119 m² and is divided into 3 levels. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet and capacity to accommodate up to 8 people.
On the main floor there is a stylish living-dining room with two sofas, free WiFi, Smart TV and double doors that open onto a beautiful terrace with an outdoor dining area and barbecue. The semi-open concept living room has a wooden dining table that communicates with the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle water, juicer and plates and bowls. The kitchen has access to another terrace from which there is direct access to the common areas. On this floor there is also a practical toilet.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the two upper floors. The second floor offers a complete bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with bunk beds and another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, on the top floor are the last two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another bedroom with two single beds, both with access to a solarium terrace.
