- Minimum stay: 3 months.
- Maximum stay: 6 months.

Utilities:
- The costs of electricity, water and gas are not included in the price and will be charged according to consumption.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival.

Amount to reserve the accommodation:
- Bookings of + 3 months: First monthly payment (£2,100)
- Bookings of 3 months: Three monthly payments (£6,300)

Payments to be made 2 months before arrival (once the cancellation period has ended):
- Damage deposit: £2,100 (refundable at the end of the stay)
- Agency fee: £1,100 (one-off payment)

Wonderful villa with private pool and privileged location in La Sella, Pedreguer, with views of the Golf Course. The accommodation offers great comfort, a large outdoor terrace and a private pool. The comfort, tranquility and magnificent views of the mountains make this villa an ideal accommodation.

Accommodation
The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The 216 m² accommodation, very bright and cosy, is distributed over 2 floors with very spacious rooms.
On the first floor, the villa offers an elegant living room with a large sofa to relax, a flat-screen satellite TV and free WiFi. There is also a very bright dining room. From the dining room you also have access to the independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, plates and bowls. On this same floor there is a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a bathroom with a shower.
From the kitchen you have access to the wonderful and spacious 95 m² terrace, where you will find the pool with sun loungers, an outdoor table and chairs, and the barbecue area. The 14 m² covered terrace can be accessed from the living room. Here you can enjoy a fantastic dining table and chairs and views of the mountains and the fruit trees in the garden.
On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen Size bed and one with a King Size bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and 2 large terraces with incredible views of the Golf Club and the mountains.
