- The costs of electricity, water and gas are not included in the price and will be charged according to consumption.

- Free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival.

Amount to reserve the accommodation:
- First monthly payment: €2,200

Payments to be made 2 months before arrival (once the cancellation period has ended):
- Damage deposit: €2,200 (refundable at the end of the stay)
- Agency fee: €1,100 (one-off payment)
