Types of Rentals and Applicable Regulations

We would like to inform our guests that we offer two types of rentals, each governed by different legal regulations:

1. Tourist Rental: Applicable for stays of up to 10 days. This type of rental is regulated by the laws governing tourist accommodation, ideal for short getaways and vacations.

2. Seasonal Rental: For stays longer than 10 days, the rental falls under the regulations of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU) as a seasonal lease. This option is suitable for extended stays for work, studies, vacations, and more.

Please consider the duration of your stay when booking, as the applicable regulations will vary depending on the length of your stay.
